Rider dead after colliding with 'kuliglig' in Echague, Isabela
A 29-year-old man died when his motorcycle collided with a kuliglig, an improvised farm implement, at 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday (Nov. 20) in Barangay (village) Rumang-ay here, police said.
Motorcycle rider Jeron Cesar Palteng, 29, crashed into the kuliglig after he overtook a kolong-kolong (improvised tricycle), according to Senior Inspector Frances Littaua, the Isabela police spokesperson.
