PHOTOS: Remember Jambalaya in Cauayan, Isabela?

Years ago, it was not Happy Go Lucky, Tapa King and Sanitary Bakery. It was Sanitary Mart, Jambalaya and Sanitary Bakery. Walking through "centro," you would always see these three (3) before reaching the then-municipal hall, not city hall.
However, we should not forget that in between Sanitary Mart and Jambalaya was a school supplies store called "Emerald" which later folded for reasons unknown. Now, the place where Emerald was is not where a new building stands.
