Did you know that Cabatuan was once a part of Cauayan?
In 1914, at the time of the Americans, Cabatuan was incorporated with the municipality of Cauayan. However, in 1948, the Municipal Council of Cauyan agreed to separate Cabatuan from Cauayan.
