Ayon sa imbestigasyon ng mga awtoridad, walang ebidensiyang puwersahang binuksan ang barangay hall. Katunayan umano ito na may hawak ng susi ang gumawa.

Sadyang sinunog ang barangay hall ng Barangay Mabini dito sa lungsod, ayon sa resulta ng imbestigasyon ng Bureau of Fire Protection na isinapubliko Huwebes.

Nagsimula ang sunog sa opisina ng barangay treasurer, secretary at 2 clerk.

“Pagpasok kasi namin sa loob, may mga walis na dapat nandun sa lalagyan pero ikinalat tapos sinindihan.
