"Faike Juan" writes an open letter to Cauayan City Mayor Bernard Dy, saying "You are really unfair"

"Faike Juan," obviously a fake account used to conceal the identity of the real author of the letter, wrote, on May 8, 2018, an open letter to Mayor Bernard F. Dy on the wall of Cauayan City LGU's official Facebook page, Cauayan City Local Government.

Open letter to Mayor Bernard F. Dy.

We loved you and we support you. We voted for you because we know you can do better things here in Cauayan. But for this coming barangay election, we are seeing you as a one sided and not an open minded leader. We know that you want to support those people you supported you last election but to the point to endorse your bet publicly is rather not fair for everyone. Today, May 8, 2018, you went to the West Tabacal Region to make your visit, and we the people are actually expecting you. But you didn't go to the community center to speak, rather you went to the your candidates' house. We expected that you will speak as non-partisan since you are the mayor, you have the power to inspire the public to vote wisely and choose wisely. You are really unfair, and we just lost our respect to you.
