The City of Cauayan, Isabela has long had problems with its tricycle drivers not giving a ride to citizens unless they give "extra" money. This time, another group of drivers stationed at the back of SM City Cauayan, near Isabela Colleges, has gone viral for the same thing most (not all) tricycle drivers do: ask you where to and ignore you until you offer bigger fare.
