Galing sa Western Union ng Agno, Pangasinan po itong panawagan, madam/sir, makikisuyo po sana, pakisabi po kay sir CELESTINO LUDOVICO PAGGAO na nandito po sa Agno, Pangasinan itong Comelec Voter's ID niya. Nagkapalitan po sila ng isang customer namin. Kung may nakakilala kay Mr. Celestino Paggao, ipagbigay alam na lang po sa kaniya ito. Salamat po."
