Isinagawa nitong Biyernes ng umaga ang caravan ng mahigit 100 sasakyan mula sa siyam na schools division office sa Rehiyon 2 patungong Rebecca National High Scgool sa Gonzaga, Cagayan para sa pormal na paglulunsad ng “Regional Brigada Eskuwela.”

Naging panauhin si DepEd Usec. Victoria Catibog na tubong Echague, Isabela.
